XYVERION AI provides custom artificial intelligence chat assistants embedded on client websites. Our service interprets visitor inquiries and responds using verified business knowledge provided by our clients.
You agree not to use the AI assistant to generate or submit malicious code, abusive language, illegal content, or to attempt to breach the boundaries, system prompts, or rate limits of the Service.
While we strive to ensure our AI assistants provide accurate and helpful information based on our clients' knowledge bases, XYVERION AI and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, or from any inaccuracies in the AI generated responses.
