When you interact with a XYVERION AI assistant on one of our clients' websites, we collect the contents of the messages you send. If you choose to provide contact information (like your name or email address) to request a follow up, we collect that information specifically to pass it directly to the business.
We use your chat messages solely to generate a helpful AI response in real time, and to send your requested inquiries directly to the business you are interacting with. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor do we use your conversation data for advertising purposes.
We utilize enterprise grade language models provided by Google (Gemini). The data passed to these models is used strictly for generating your response. Your data is not used to train Google's foundational AI models.
Chat session data is temporarily stored in secure Cloudflare KV memory to maintain conversation context. This memory is automatically purged after 24 hours.
